The commands are validated and handled within 48 hours after reception of the e-mail of confirmation of payment (except holidays). We prepare parcel with the biggest care. Parcel are sent by a carrier (messaging or chartering) or by post.

> For the deliveries by carrier semi-trailer, we shall make a follow-up personalized with a telephone communication with order for the access instead of delivery and an appointment setting for the day of reception of the goods. It will be asked to you to get organized in the unloading of the goods.
The deliveries are made in metropolitan France (particular conditions for Corsica and export: on estimate). These conditions will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the signing of command
The delivery does not include the assembly and the putting into service of products. The SVL company makes every effort to meet the indicated deadlines, nevertheless these deadlines are given to purely indicative title and we cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delay of routing or to a loss of parcel caused by a third or by your fact or, because of an essential unpredictable and insuperable cause of a case of absolute necessity.
No penalty, or compensationfor delay in delivery of whatever nature can be demanded. The goods travel at the risks and the dangers of the buyer, even though the prices were franco established. The buyer will have to exercise himself any appeals against the carrier (and cannot postpone his payment).
Our goods travel at the risks and the dangers of the addressee, accordingly: : the day of the delivery, we recommend you to verify attentively the parcel and to verify the contents in the presence of the deliverer, to sign the delivery note. You have a deadline of 48 hours to make possible reserves by registered letter with the carrier according to the article L 133-1 of the commercial law. The addressee cannot take advantage of this difficulty to postpone his payment.
In case a parcel is missing, indicate it precisely on the delivery note (number of parcel and name of the missing products) before signing it. Any reserves corresponding to the noticed observations must be concerned the attendance sheet which must be signed jointly by the deliverer. You then have to contact us to identify where from comes the problem.
By the signature of the delivery note (except precise reserves), and the acceptance of products, the customer recognizes to have received the goods in a state giving him any satisfaction. From then on, any complaint bound to the state of the delivered products cannot be received.
